Cliff Villas sits on an elevated cliff in Boracay's quiet southern end, with panoramic ocean views from both levels. Two villas, each with its own bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor space, share an infinity pool, a private gym, a sauna and a cold plunge. It is a home first, staffed like a small resort.

When to come
Boracay has two winds.
The monsoon decides which side of the island is calm. Cliff sits between both shores, so whichever wind is blowing, the right beach is a few minutes away.

Dry, breezy and the island's high season. White Beach is flat and glassy for swimming, while Bulabog becomes one of Asia's best-known kite and windsurf spots.

Manoc-Manoc, the quiet end of the island.
Away from the D'Mall crowds but never far from them. Both of Boracay's main beaches are a short e-trike ride, and the jetty port is close when it's time to leave.

Before you arrive
How many guests can stay?
Up to eight, across two villas. The Main Villa upstairs and the Garden Suite downstairs together have three bedrooms (two king beds and one double) and two bathrooms. You can book the whole estate or ask about one villa on its own.
Is there staff on site?
Yes. Rovilyn, our house manager, is on site daily and is your main contact. Hernalyn looks after daily housekeeping and Romel takes care of the pool and maintenance. A security guard is at the gate around the clock.
How do we get there from the airport?
Fly into Caticlan (MPH), take the short boat across to Boracay's jetty port, then an e-trike to the house. Door to door it is about 20 to 30 minutes. Send us your flight details and we can arrange the transfer.
What is included?
Daily housekeeping, laundry service, Starlink Wi-Fi, pool and beach towels, and full use of the gym, sauna, cold plunge, pool, cabana and barbecue. Kitchen basics like coffee, tea and cooking oil are stocked.
Can you arrange a private chef, breakfast or a celebration?
Yes. Private chef dinners, breakfast served at the villa, and birthday or anniversary surprises are all available on request. Tick what you'd like when you send your inquiry, tell us about the occasion and any dietary needs, and we'll confirm the details and price with you before you arrive.
Can I work remotely from Cliff?
Yes. There is a dedicated workspace and Starlink internet, and the estate runs on solar with grid backup. Many guests stay for a week or more.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 12:00 noon. Late check-out may be possible if you ask at least 24 hours ahead.
